Going back to Water Island for this one. I mentioned previously of Dinghy’s, a joint on the island’s Honeymoon Beach where people could indulge themselves on drinks and fried food after being fried themselves. I love bar food as much as the next guy, and the catch of the day was also a treat most of the time, but when we craved something a bit more upscale, we gravitated towards Heidi’s, a food truck open on select days that offered an abundance of delicacies. Our dinner there, complete with a view of the sunset, was a special kind of sublime. We needed to order our food in advance so that they could prepare, but we savored each bite as much as we possibly could.
